Midweek promotional offers are valid for Sunday – Wednesday check-in only. Weekend upgrades may be available for an additional fee. This promotional offer excludes certain holidays, conventions, high demand and black-out periods. If available, requests may be honored but vacationer will be responsible for any additional upgrade fees. There is a $99 reservation hold that is returned in the form of a $100 gift card after completion of the presentation. All hotels and accommodations are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed prior to booking, replacement accommodations may be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Vacationers are responsible for all charges in excess of this offer, including but not limited to, transportation, gratuities, parking, room service, resort fees, hotel or room upgrades, taxes, holiday, peak season and/or blackout surcharges. No group travel is allowed, a group is defined as arriving travelers consisting of more than two (2) adults who have more than one reservation confirmation for the same date of arrival on the same promotion. This offer is open to credit worthy married couples between 28-72 however one party may be older than 72 but not older than 78 with a gross combined annual income of at least $50,000, cohabitating couples between 28-72 with a gross combined annual income of at least $75,000 and single females between the ages of 28-72 with a gross annual income of $75,000. Vacationers must possess and provide valid identification along with a credit card at hotel and tour check-in. Married and co-habituating vacationers must also show proof of cohabitation. Each sale site may have minimum age requirements for children accompanying a guest attending the tour presentation. This offer requires check-in and travel usage within six (6) months of initial purchase. In the event a second tour required getaway is included, travel can only be made available after six months of completion of vacation ownership presentation and travel, this offer expires twelve (12) months after initial purchase. At the sole discretion of Sponsor an extension may be available, contact the concierge for details. You hereby authorize and instruct the Sponsor to apply any deposits held on your account to the No Show charge. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the issuing agent, Sponsor and their employees, affiliates, shareholders and contractors from any and all liability or responsibility for loss, harm, damage to you, your guests or any other persons related to your use of this offer including, but not limited to, personal injury or loss, property damage at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or acts of God. Once reservations have been confirmed, only one reschedule will be permitted at surcharge fee of US $50.00. Recipients who fail to check-in to the hotel on the confirmed arrival date, or fail to meet the qualifications, and/or complete the required timeshare presentation, agree to pay or be charged the rack rate for the applicable accommodations. This offer may be terminated or modified at any time without notice to the recipient. This offer is not transferable and cannot be sold or bartered to the end user.
